Leventhal PDP Application 

Thank you for your interest in a Master of Accounting or Master of Business Taxation at the USC Leventhal School of Accounting. This application is for Progressive Degree Program (PDP) applicants, please review the following information very carefully before clicking "Next Page."

Complete this application by April 1, 2024 to apply for one of the following Leventhal  Progressive Degree Programs for the upcoming term.

Master of Accounting (MAcc) – We are currently accepting PDP applications for students needing to begin graduate classes in Summer or Fall 2024.

Master of Business Taxation (MBT) – We are currently accepting PDP applications for students needing to begin graduate classes in Summer or Fall 2024.

Before you apply, please refer to the Undergraduate Education Progressive Degree Program website to confirm that you meet USC’s PDP eligibility requirements.

Be prepared to upload the following documents as part of your application:

1. USC Progressive Degree Application and Proposed Course Plan form (no signatures required at this phase). For help accurately completing the course plan please, use the MAcc-MBT PDP Course Planning Worksheet as a sample or a guide. For all electives, enter Grad Elective under Course Title with the units listed.
2. STARS report
3. Professional Resume
4. Most recent course plan from your undergraduate 
5. Short Response Essay (no more than 300 words describing why you would like to pursue a  MAcc or MBT PDP and your career aspirations)

The following are not required
  • Letters of recommendation
  • GMAT/GRE

Please note: This application will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete. It is recommended that you complete the application on your computer, in one sitting.
